How Would We Explain Gender Ideology to Aliens?

Let’s just say an alien - maybe one named General Florg - stumbled upon Earth and had the unfortunate luck to come face-to-face with the cult of gender ideology and DEI? How would we explain gender to him? How would he understand gender?

Lucky for us, The Babylon Bee’s latest answers those questions in their latest sketch. I have had the privilege of working with the Bee off and on for years now, and they were kind enough to include me in this sketch too.
