Gutfeld Nails It On Biden Interview: 'We Can't Forget About the Abomination Of This Presidency'
Greg Gutfeld drops the hammer in a brilliant monologue
Remember that one time when we had a “President” who was a walking zombie?
Good times. Seems like another lifetime ago, but in reality, it’s only been a few months since America finally said goodbye to the Bidens for good. Except, nothing is that easy in politics. One might expect the Biden family to slink away back to their Delaware mansion and live out the rest of their days in luxury and affluence. But Jill Biden kept her husband’s corpse animated for four years just to retain that title of First Lady. She isn’t interested in sailing off into the sunset. As such, neither is Joe.
This week, Biden sat down with the BBC for his first public one-on-one interview since his loss. On Wednesday, he joined the ladies of The View, an ironic place to visit considering host Sunny Hostin’s 2024 ill-timed question of then-candidate Kamala Harris - what would you do differently from Joe Biden? The answer was a disaster that accelerated her ultimate demise.
It is worth noting, Biden chose a foreign outlet for his first interview. Most likely because he would have been asked some tough questions (for once) by an American press that blames him for Trump’s victory. One presumes the Biden family is saving the juiciest aspects of the campaign chaos for an upcoming book, but ginning up some speculation and anticipation in the meantime.
In the beginning, I was very annoyed. I, like many Americans, would like to forget the last four years in this nation. It was traumatizing, and I don’t use that word lightly. The mere sight of Biden in public triggers anxieties. We are all aware, subtly or otherwise, that we escaped his presidency by the skin of our teeth.
Just go away and let us forget about you, for the love of God.
But I’ve had a change of heart after seeing Greg Gutfeld deliver a blistering monologue on the Biden interview. On Wednesday’s episode of The Five, Gutfeld broke down why he thinks it is a good thing for Biden to out and about, and why he hopes to see more of it.
In short - Gutfeld says the flurry of books and media about the campaign coming out are trying to rewrite history. He says it is important for us to be reminded of the last four years of gaslighting and deception, and no one can ignore that reality when forced to listen to Joe Biden for more than 30 seconds at a time.
The media can never come back from this, and they shouldn’t.
Gutfeld was brutal in his delivery, calling for Biden to be “put out to pasture and pass away.” The passion elicited gasps from the liberal on the panel, but, in my opinion, it was not misplaced.
Gutfeld is absolutely right. As annoying and traumatizing as it is to have to see Biden in public, it’s a necessary slap in the face for any Americans who might be thinking about moving on from the last four years of hell.
“We need to see this, because we can’t forget about the abomination of this Presidency.”
We should not move on. It is not time to move on. If we want to avoid this again in the future, we must crush this movement/ideology now. We must hold all the bad actors to account, administer justice, and signal to the rest of the Disney villains that America means business now. Some may call that revenge…I call it good governance.
I’ve clipped the monologue for you and I promise, you won’t regret the two minutes to watch it. Great stuff from Gutfeld, as usual.
